"My wife and I are buying a condominium in Cherry Grove, South Carolina and had to get Insurance from a South Carolina broker. This resulted in a conversation with Ms Renee Lewis of the State Farm agency in Pineville. Buying insurance can never be a fun thing to do, but in dealing with Ms Lewis she made it as painless as possible. On the same day I called, she sent a quote, and when I called her, she came up with a couple of different ways to reduce the quote by $200. That’s not something really you expect from anybody in business, I don’t think. Ms. Lewis inspired a lot of trust in the way she talked, and in her explanations of the various terms of the policy. While I am a retired lawyer and have some familiarity with insurance , there were two or three things about it that I really didn’t begin to understand. She took the time to go over each one carefully, explaining it fully and in a way I could understand. So, I’m very satisfied with the agency and especially Ms Lewis’s professionalism."
